Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and demo Sierra’s Agent product to solve customer needs
• Answer technical questions regarding AI solutions
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Agent Engineering teams
• Drive the GTM function and improve Agents through customer-driven development
• Lead and support customers in early-stage technical conversations

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or customer-facing technical sales
• Professional fluency in both German and English
• Experience in demo building and presenting to clients
• Proven ability to build relationships with executives and technical leaders
• Experience leading the sales process with Enterprise customers
• Ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• AI-related experience or experience in a highly technical industry
• Experience translating technical logic and user requirements into product requirements
