Responsibilities
- Architect and propose tailored technical solutions based on customer needs
- Lead product demonstrations showcasing real-world ROI for ApartmentIQ
- Act as the technical source of truth for clients, managing design and system configuration
- Execute high-stakes pilot programs in collaboration with Sales and Product teams
- Translate customer pain points into product requirements for Engineering and R&D
- Travel up to 25% for customer meetings and industry events
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical sales
- Multifamily sales experience required
- Strong knowledge of multifamily competitive intelligence, market data, and revenue management tools
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, or Zoominfo
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
