About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery regarding customer architecture, workflows, and integration requirements
- Design tailored solutions mapping platform capabilities to customer challenges
- Lead technical product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements
- Support technical evaluations including architecture reviews and security discussions
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
- Act as a customer advocate by providing feedback to product and engineering teams
- Develop demo environments, technical resources, and sales enablement materials
Requirements
- 3+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Deep familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and modern software architecture
- Experience engaging directly with technical buyers such as engineers and CTOs
- Strong presentation skills for technical audiences
- Experience running technical evaluations and POCs within enterprise sales cycles
- Consultative approach to problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with developer tools, infrastructure software, AI products, or enterprise platforms
