About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive Clamp and Ring sales growth across the West Coast in plumbing, data centers, medical, and agricultural industries
- Grow and develop Metallic Quick Connector business in Automotive and Industrial segments
- Protect, grow, and support sales for assigned regional customers
- Conduct new customer prospecting and relationship management using a 360° approach
- Manage sales opportunities and activities using established regional systems
- Support customer complaints and provide field service/support
- Support key account teams at local production locations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Relevant technical experience
- Knowledge of sales processes and principles
- Understanding of quality management systems and internal support processes
- Mechanical and commercial aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 50%
