Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities within the Saudi Arabian market
• Build and manage long-term relationships with potential and existing clients
• Understand client cybersecurity needs and recommend suitable service solutions
• Support technical discussions, client presentations, and proposal preparation
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to define scopes of work and pricing
• Maintain accurate pipeline updates and sales activity reports
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to drive business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, presales, business development, or consulting
• Proven experience in service sales, preferably within the cybersecurity sector
• Technical understanding of SOC, MDR, GRC, Compliance, or Penetration Testing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage professional follow-ups

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Saudi cybersecurity regulations and frameworks (NCA, SAMA, CST)
• Previous experience working for a cybersecurity company or IT consulting firm
• Existing professional client network in Riyadh or the wider Saudi Arabian market
• Experience supporting RFPs and complex technical-commercial proposals
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English
