Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage pre-sales technical support for the technical sales process
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or on-site
• Collaborate with product development and engineering teams on features and updates
• Act as a technical advisor to help customers solve business challenges
• Analyze complex multivariate problems to provide quick resolutions
• Establish relationships with technical personnel to identify sales opportunities
• Ensure accurate activity updates in Salesforce
• Participate as part of a sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Travel to customer meetings locally and nationally

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role
• Strong experience with Windows/Active Directory administration
• Knowledge of UNIX/Linux
• Technical background in networking, security applications, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry recognized certifications
• Scripting and DevOps experience
• Exposure to Identity Providers like Azure and Okta
• Experience with Enterprise Customer requirements
• Prior experience with cybersecurity, IAM, or security SaaS solutions
