Responsibilities
- Design and deliver compelling, value-based technical demonstrations tailored to client pain points
- Partner with Sales Executives to lead technical evaluations, write proposals, and handle technical objections
- Own the Proof of Concept (POC) process, including infrastructure configuration and ROI validation
- Document technical requirements to build integrated solutions across IT Infrastructure, PSA, Security, and BCDR
- Share field insights with Product Management to help shape future product strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in IT, pre-sales, or SaaS
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server OS, Virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), and Server Monitoring (IIS, SQL, AD)
- Deep understanding of RMM, PSA, and IT service desk workflows
- Proficiency in endpoint/network security (AV, EDR, SIEM, Firewalls) and Backup/Disaster Recovery solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal English fluency
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience
