Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with OEM customers to understand system-level thermal requirements for AI and HPC platforms
• Map liquid-to-liquid and liquid-to-air cooling architectures to OEM server designs and rack-level strategies
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customer engagements, guiding partners through solution feasibility and integration
• Support sales cycles by contributing to quotes, configuration analysis, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering to define and communicate cooling solutions, including cold plates, manifolds, and CDUs
• Evaluate server and rack architectures, such as GPU platforms and AI accelerators, to ensure compatibility with JetCool solutions
• Develop and deliver technical presentations highlighting thermal performance, efficiency, and sustainability

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Strong foundation in fluid mechanics or heat transfer
• 3+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, OEM engagement, or customer-facing technical roles
• Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex engineering analyses
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills
• Familiarity with server architectures, AI accelerators, and OEM design cycles

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fluid-based mechanical designs or thermal systems
• Exposure to CFD tools such as ANSYS, Icepak, or FloTHERM
• Experience with Dell server platforms
