Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to identify business challenges and align solutions to outcomes
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover technical requirements and integration needs
• Deliver product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations
• Build and present solution architectures, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical validation plans
• Support RFP/RFI responses and security/compliance discussions
• Enable channel partners through product training, demo support, and technical workshops
• Support joint sales calls and partner-led demos
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales
• Experience supporting SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise software solutions
• Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, or cloud technologies
• Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or strategic alliances

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workflow automation, AI agents, iPaaS, or orchestration platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integration ecosystems
• Database knowledge (SQL, Postgres, etc.)
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
