About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to identify business challenges and align solutions to outcomes
- Conduct discovery sessions to uncover technical requirements and integration needs
- Deliver product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations
- Build and present solution architectures, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical validation plans
- Support RFP/RFI responses and security/compliance discussions
- Enable channel partners through product training, demo support, and technical workshops
- Support joint sales calls and partner-led demos
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Pre-Sales
- Experience supporting SaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise software solutions
- Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation platforms, or cloud technologies
- Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or strategic alliances
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with workflow automation, AI agents, iPaaS, or orchestration platforms
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and integration ecosystems
- Database knowledge (SQL, Postgres, etc.)
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
