Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales team's commercial KPIs to ensure alignment with monthly objectives
• Verify sales activities through daily appointment schedules and follow-up
• Track sales quota fulfillment and identify deviations to support corrective actions
• Supervise customer service quality using satisfaction surveys to ensure a positive commercial experience
• Validate post-sales management and drive new customer prospecting
• Generate weekly and monthly commercial reports for management visibility
• Act as a liaison between the sales department and other internal areas to facilitate communication and issue resolution
• Detect areas for improvement in commercial processes, from prospecting to closing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and commercial tracking tools
• Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities
• Previous experience in sales, commercial coordination, or team follow-up
• Knowledge of KPI management and commercial performance metrics
• Basic English proficiency
