Sales Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients
• Analyze customer requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs
• Provide technical support throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale implementation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, budgets, and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide market feedback and suggest product improvements
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of industry-specific products or services
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales certifications are preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in project management and handling multiple client commitments simultaneously
