About the role
Responsibilities
- Conclude direct sales of Alfa Laval products and services within a defined area of responsibility.
- Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell products and services.
- Conduct market visits, meetings, and interactions with existing customers to understand their needs and highlight product value.
- Develop value-driven quotes that reflect customer needs and emphasize unique selling points.
- Utilize CRM tools and other sales support systems consistently to drive decision-making and process management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
- Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (preferred).
- Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness and availability to travel both domestically and overseas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a multinational company environment.
