Sales Engineer (HVAC/Cooling)

Responsibilities

• Provide active sales and technical consulting for VRF systems, large heat pumps, and cooling systems (chillers)
• Participate in the preparation of technical solutions and quotations
• Collaborate closely with designers, investors, and contractors
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key industry partners
• Monitor projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from the planning phase to realization
• Conduct market analysis to proactively identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Technical degree in Mechanical, Energy, or Environmental Engineering (or a related field)
• Proven experience in technical sales and project-based customer relationship management
• Hands-on experience with VRF systems, heat pumps above 100 kW, and chillers
• Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, including investment planning and design
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Valid Category B driving license
