Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Sell Power Grids products, systems, and services to customers to achieve business targets
• Manage the full marketing and sales lifecycle, including forecasting, bidding, negotiation, and contracting
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions
• Oversee accounts receivable collection and post-sales support
• Ensure compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations and guidelines
• Uphold core values of safety and integrity in all professional actions

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Science or Engineering (Electrical or power-related major preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within related industries
• Proficiency in English and MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Strong communication, collaboration, and result-oriented mindset
