About the role

Responsibilities

  • Target key commercial sectors including Energy, Manufacturing, Construction, and EPC to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and support startup incubators and innovation hubs to position Ansys as a primary R&D tool
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing and account management
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to demonstrate software capabilities and provide training
  • Monitor government and institutional funding programs to leverage opportunities for Ansys adoption
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience within the Energy, Research, or Startup ecosystems
  • Proven track record selling engineering simulation software (e.g., Ansys, Siemens, Dassault Systems, Altair, or COMSOL)
  • Technical understanding of CFD, FEA, electromagnetics, and multi-physics modeling
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills; Arabic proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to build relationships with universities, research institutions, and startup founders
  • Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering or Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Aerospace fields
  • Experience with university-industry collaboration projects
  • Familiarity with regional government initiatives supporting research and innovation
  • Established network within the Middle Eastern academic and startup communities
