Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy for revenue-critical deals, shaping the solution vision from discovery through proof-of-value and executive validation
- Partner closely with Account Executives to align technical architecture with business impact and remove technical risk
- Anchor discussions in broader industry context, leveraging market narratives and category evolution to influence executive stakeholders
- Act as the structured voice of the field by capturing recurring objections, buyer friction, and competitive dynamics
- Translate field intelligence into actionable insights for Product and GTM leadership to refine positioning and influence roadmap priorities
