Sales Engineer (Engineering Solutions)

Responsibilities

• Market mapping and lead generation within O&G and Power Generation sectors in the UAE
• Manage full sales cycle for Instrumentation and Engineering Solutions
• Develop technical proposals with specifications, cost estimates and timelines to support estimation
• Maintain and grow relationships with EPCs, developers and key clients; client engagement and account management
• Provide technical guidance on Field Instrumentation, flowmeters, valves, and related products
• Collaborate with proposal, engineering, sales order management and product teams to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction
• Perform market analysis and competitor intelligence to identify opportunities and support business growth
• Provide ongoing customer support throughout project lifecycle and aftersales

Requirements

• BEng Electrical
• 5+ years UAE
• Senior sales exp
• Instrumentation knowledge
• Technical sales exp
• EPC relationships
• UAE driving license
• Own car
• HSE compliant
• CRM proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Senior Sales Engineer or equivalent in instrumentation/solutions
• Strong connections with Tier 1 / Tier 2 EPCs and ADNOC-related clients
• Experience with Field Instrumentation, Flare Meters, UFM Flowmeters, valves and fittings
• Familiarity with engineering, process and automation technologies
• Strong commercial acumen and proposal development experience
