Partner Development Manager - Middle East

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Cohere’s partner go-to-market plan for the Middle East enterprise market.
• Identify, recruit and manage high-impact partners across system integrators, distributors, resellers, ISVs and cloud providers.
• Lead partner onboarding, certification and enablement including sales and technical workshops.
• Build and run joint pipeline generation, co-sell motions and solution plays with partners.
• Run joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews; track sourced and influenced ARR.
• Serve as partner advocate internally, relaying partner feedback to Product, Engineering and Legal teams.
• Collaborate with Public Policy teams to advise partners on government AI policy, risk management and responsible AI practices.
• Evangelize Cohere’s solutions at partner and industry events and develop thought leadership activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with government and large enterprise procurement
• Proficiency in Arabic (preferred, not required)
