Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Cohere’s partner go-to-market strategy for the Middle East enterprise market.
  • Identify, recruit and onboard high-impact partners across system integrators, distributors, resellers, ISVs and cloud providers.
  • Lead partner onboarding, certification and training programs; run sales and technical workshops to scale enablement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across government, enterprises and partner organisations.
  • Own joint pipeline generation, co-sell motions and solution plays; collaborate with partners to pursue high-value opportunities.
  • Run joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs); track sourced and influenced ARR.
  • Serve as partner advocate internally; relay partner feedback to Product, Engineering and Legal.
  • Work with Public Policy teams to navigate government AI policies and advise partners on responsible AI and risk management.
  • Evangelize Cohere’s vision at partner and industry events; deliver briefings and speaking engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record building and scaling partner programs in AI or cloud solutions.
  • Experience working with major system integrators, global consultancies and hyperscalers (joint GTM, co-sell).
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills across public and private sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex procurement cycles and government/regulatory landscapes.
  • Experience advising on AI ethics, responsible AI practices and policy implications.
