Director/Associate Director, Institutional Sales - Digital Assets (Middle East, Remote)

Responsibilities

• Act as a core member of Keyrock’s Institutional Sales team covering OTC spot, derivatives, lending and borrowing for institutional clients.
• Source, onboard and manage institutional relationships (hedge funds, VCs, payment on/off ramps, brokers, retail platforms, token issuers, mining companies).
• Build and grow a qualified client pipeline and drive business development processes.
• Collaborate with Marketing to define institutional strategy and run community initiatives (conferences, events).
• Coordinate internal reporting and client-facing reporting; ensure clear SLAs and deliverables.
• Work with Head of Institutional Sales and Head of Corporate Sales to expand client products and services.
• Gather market feedback from sales activity and liaise with trading, product and engineering teams.
