Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build lists of potential customers via database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press
- Proactively target prospects through outbound calls, emails and visits (face-to-face & virtual)
- Convert prospects into customers and maintain relationships for repeat business
- Build relationships with cargo operators to widen aircraft access
- Work to sales targets and meet financial objectives
- Demonstrate expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process
- Manage charter bookings from enquiry to completion
- Receive inbound urgent charter requests (virtually 24/7)
- Prepare and present bespoke commercial quotes to customers
- Flight watching / oversee departures (may include unsociable hours)
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in aviation and cargo chartering
- Previous customer experience / relationship management
- Comfortable working toward targets and KPIs
- Willingness to travel within Middle East and Europe
