Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise and public-sector organizations across the UAE: discovery, technical & business validation, proof-of-concept, procurement, and close.
  • Drive net-new customer acquisition through targeted outbound, executive engagement, and relationship building.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders; translate business goals into AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
  • Work closely with channel partners, SDRs, Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Marketing to scale outreach and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on customer needs and influence product roadmap for enterprise/public-sector use cases.
  • Develop and execute territory strategy across sectors including financial services, telco, government, energy, aviation, and sovereign institutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years enterprise B2B sales experience with a strong history of negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in the UAE.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in high-growth or early-stage environments.
  • Deep relationships with senior executives across UAE enterprises, telcos, banks, ministries, or sovereign entities.
  • Experience working with channel partners to drive sales cycles and shared revenue goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders across fast-moving deals.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to operate autonomously in an early/rapidly-scaling team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling complex enterprise technology, developer platforms, private deployments, or AI/NLP products.
  • Familiarity with semantic search, RAG, agents or related generative AI solutions.
  • Background working with government or public-sector procurement and compliance processes.
  • Experience influencing product or engineering teams with field feedback and enterprise requirements.
  • Channel enablement and partner-led growth experience.
