Doodle Labs is a fast-growing technology company building high-performance wireless communications for the drone and unmanned systems ecosystem. Our technology enables reliable, high-bandwidth connectivity across airborne and mobile robotic platforms operating in complex environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support 10–15 active customer integrations, guiding OEM partners through technical milestones
  • Work closely with customers to ensure successful radio integration and system-level performance
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to RF propagation, antenna systems, and networking
  • Support field deployments across UAV, UGV, and maritime robotics platforms
  • Capture integration learnings to improve future customer deployments and internal processes
  • Maintain accurate customer engagement data within CRM systems like HubSpot
  • Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams for demonstrations and technical workshops

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Field Applications Engineering
  • Strong hands-on understanding of RF propagation, antenna systems, and wireless networking
  • Experience supporting radio integration into UAV, robotics, or autonomous systems
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and system-level connectivity troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in field environments and fast-paced technical deployment scenarios
  • Up to 50% travel required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with mesh networking or MANET systems
  • Experience supporting DoD programs, defense contractors, or DIU initiatives
  • Experience working with autonomy OEMs (industrial drones, ground robotics, or maritime robotics)
  • Hands-on experience with network configuration and troubleshooting tools
