About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Customer Success Managers by designing, proposing, and demonstrating the business value of Arctic Wolf security services
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer business requirements
- Manage Proof of Concept (POC) deployments, balancing structured processes with individual customer needs
- Maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers to drive ongoing adoption and service expansion
- Assist with sales qualification and own the technical architecture design
- Represent the voice of the customer to the company and vice versa
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in presales engineering or security consulting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting, delivering, or designing enterprise IT systems
- Extensive technical expertise in Networking, Security, Identity Management, and Cloud Services
- Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
- Ability to articulate technical value to both technical teams and executive-level decision makers
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to travel as required (passport required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, CISA, or CISM
- Experience selling XaaS solutions (software, infrastructure, or SOC/Security)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Omnigraffle, or VMware Fusion
