About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Customer Success Managers by designing, proposing, and demonstrating the business value of Arctic Wolf security services
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer business requirements
  • Manage Proof of Concept (POC) deployments, balancing structured processes with individual customer needs
  • Maintain long-term relationships with strategic customers to drive ongoing adoption and service expansion
  • Assist with sales qualification and own the technical architecture design
  • Represent the voice of the customer to the company and vice versa

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in presales engineering or security consulting
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting, delivering, or designing enterprise IT systems
  • Extensive technical expertise in Networking, Security, Identity Management, and Cloud Services
  • Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and Mac operating systems
  • Ability to articulate technical value to both technical teams and executive-level decision makers
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to travel as required (passport required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, CISA, or CISM
  • Experience selling XaaS solutions (software, infrastructure, or SOC/Security)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, Omnigraffle, or VMware Fusion
