Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of EV charging systems, including hardware, software, and infrastructure requirements
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and propose EV charging solutions that align with technical and regulatory standards
• Identify and target potential customers across commercial, residential, and public sectors
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
• Deliver impactful technical presentations and live demonstrations of EV charging solutions
• Prepare detailed proposals including technical specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates
• Monitor industry trends and provide feedback to the product development team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in EV charging or renewable energy
• Familiarity with industry standards and protocols such as OCPP and IEC
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with EV charging infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of grid integration, energy storage systems, or solar-powered charging solutions
• Existing connections within the EV charging or renewable energy markets
• Advanced certifications in sales or EV technologies
