About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver custom, tailored demos for complex, high-value deals across all trade verticals
- Support Account Executives on strategic deals by providing technical depth and navigating buying committees
- Design and execute Proof of Value (POV) engagements with clear success criteria
- Address and resolve technical objections from contractors and trade businesses
- Partner with Product and Engineering to surface field insights and improve the platform
- Develop reusable demo assets, trade-specific materials, and sales documentation
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting)
- Ability to learn complex products and multiple trade verticals quickly
- Strong presentation skills including whiteboarding and live demonstrations
- Sales-oriented mindset focused on driving revenue and closing deals
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- Highly collaborative approach working across Sales, CS, Product, and Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at an early-stage startup
- Background or exposure to construction, trades, or adjacent industries
