Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers on pilots and early deployments
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and integration planning
• Translate partner data needs into concrete API and data feed requirements
• Support implementation work across APIs, data feeds, and CRM connections
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and data teams on requirements and scope
• Build and maintain demo environments, sample data sets, and playbooks
• Design and track pilot success metrics and reporting views
• Troubleshoot issues across data, configuration, and integrations
• Provide input into product roadmap based on customer use and impact

Requirements

• 3–6 years in a customer facing technical role
• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role
• Experience with API integrations, data operations, and automation via scripting or SQL
• Ability to debug APIs, security, and data flows
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical partners
• Experience with B2B SaaS, data products, or analytics platforms
• Ability to manage timelines and coordinate multiple teams
