Responsibilities

• Drive opportunities from technical discovery through closure, partnering with AEs to translate requirements into solutions
• Design and execute technical evaluations, proofs of concept (POCs), and custom demos
• Own responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires
• Become an expert in workforce management (WFM) and support operations
• Build internal tools, scalable demos, and enablement resources
• Achieve ambitious quarterly targets

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Architect
• Strong technical background with comfort in APIs, cloud services (AWS), integrations, and web technologies
• Ability to thrive independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Proven track record of closing complex technical deals
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in workforce management, contact center operations, or customer support technologies
• Hands-on coding ability for rapid prototyping
• Startup or high-growth company experience
