Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop the Hygienic Fluid Handling business by identifying new opportunities within the Food & Pharma division
• Build and maintain loyal relationships with customers, integrators, and system builders
• Create market awareness regarding the value and benefits of Alfa Laval products
• Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to execute sales plans aligned with business unit strategy
• Manage leads and convert them into real business opportunities to ensure a healthy sales pipeline
• Conduct regular market visits, meetings, and interactions to understand customer needs and highlight product value
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to boost business for other business units within the same market

Requirements

• Industrial Engineering degree (preferred) or a similar technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in technical sales with a strong commercial orientation
• Proven experience working within the Food or Pharma markets
• Knowledge of fluid handling or heat exchanger technology
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Resident in the Madrid area
• High availability for travel throughout Spain
