About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve area service sales targets and collaborate with channels to boost coverage and conversion rates
- Manage and develop sales channels, including distributors, integrators, system builders, and service partners
- Identify end-user service demands and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Gather market intelligence to optimize promotion strategies and enhance channel service capabilities
- Develop and implement channel plans, including segmentation, tier classification, and policy rollouts
- Formulate and execute market plans with partners and maintain strong channel relationships
- Recruit new channels, organize channel training, and promote company products
- Manage channel operations and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering (or related majors)
- Over 5 years of experience in service sales
- Proven experience in managing distributors
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- Strong business acumen and teamwork spirit
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Food or Pharma industries
