About the role
Responsibilities
- Consult and guide international customers on sustainable CO2 climate solutions
- Design and quote technical solutions, including product design and calculations
- Follow up on customer inquiries and manage ongoing projects
- Close orders through structured activities within the CRM system
- Manage order documentation and ensure smooth handover to the production team
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide market feedback to R&D and product development teams
Requirements
- Technical background, ideally with experience in refrigeration or heat pumps
- Practical experience in technical sales or hands-on experience in the refrigeration field
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Bilingual proficiency in German, French, or Polish (German is highly preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong IT literacy
- Ability to work in a structured manner and manage multiple tasks effectively
