About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Support teams to address gaps and concerns during presale, implementation, and post-sale phases
- Provide assistance to Account Executives to bridge the gap between sales and support
- Onboard new customers and facilitate effective engagement with support teams
- Analyze sales data across lifecycle stages to identify areas for improvement
- Refine sales enablement processes to optimize responsiveness
- Proactively identify churn signals and implement retention strategies
- Stay informed on industry trends and product advancements
- Coordinate with Product Teams to advocate for the customer base
- Drive adoption of T3 Technology throughout customer organizations
Requirements
- Proficiency in cold prospecting
- Experience in account management
- High integrity in Telematics, IoT, or SaaS sales environments
