Sales Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering onboarding programs to support new seller ramp and readiness
• Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, communications, and tracking attendance
• Support the development and maintenance of enablement materials such as presentations, guides, and playbooks
• Maintain and organize sales content within enablement platforms and ensure version control
• Provide first-line support for sales tools including LMS, CRM, and content platforms
• Track training participation, completion rates, and engagement metrics to report on program effectiveness
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams to support enablement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, enablement, operations, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and productivity tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
