About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and support the Welcome to UKI onboarding program, ensuring new hires have the necessary tools and context to succeed.
- Manage the execution, tracking, and reporting of onboarding programs on a quarterly basis.
- Manage program communications and drive learner engagement for regional enablement initiatives.
- Maintain and organize the regional enablement resource hub to ensure easy access to materials.
- Track and consolidate enablement participation and results to provide insights on program impact.
- Support the planning, orchestration, and execution of strategic enablement sessions and logistics.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in program management, enablement, operations, or sales support.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales enablement, sales programs, or sales operations.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
