About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and support the Welcome to UKI onboarding program, ensuring new hires have the necessary tools and context to succeed.
  • Manage the execution, tracking, and reporting of onboarding programs on a quarterly basis.
  • Manage program communications and drive learner engagement for regional enablement initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize the regional enablement resource hub to ensure easy access to materials.
  • Track and consolidate enablement participation and results to provide insights on program impact.
  • Support the planning, orchestration, and execution of strategic enablement sessions and logistics.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in program management, enablement, operations, or sales support.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales enablement, sales programs, or sales operations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
