Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and improve onboarding programs for SDR, Sales, and Post-Sales teams
- Build enablement frameworks to reinforce skills, process discipline, and product knowledge
- Translate GTM innovations and product updates into structured training assets and guides
- Leverage tools like Salesforce and Outreach to identify behavioral and skill gaps
- Partner with GTM leadership to integrate coaching into regular cadences
- Manage external learning partnerships and vendors to complement internal programs
- Act as a change ambassador during the rollout of new tools and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in Sales Enablement, RevOps Enablement, or GTM L&D
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or marketplace business
- Deep understanding of B2B commercial motions (SDR, AE, KAM, and CS)
- Analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with the SPICED qualification framework
- Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Attention, Vitally, or Gong
