Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and improve onboarding programs for SDR, Sales, and Post-Sales teams
• Build enablement frameworks to reinforce skills, process discipline, and product knowledge
• Translate GTM innovations and product updates into structured training assets and guides
• Leverage tools like Salesforce and Outreach to identify behavioral and skill gaps
• Partner with GTM leadership to integrate coaching into regular cadences
• Manage external learning partnerships and vendors to complement internal programs
• Act as a change ambassador during the rollout of new tools and processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Enablement, RevOps Enablement, or GTM L&D
• Experience in a B2B SaaS or marketplace business
• Deep understanding of B2B commercial motions (SDR, AE, KAM, and CS)
• Analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the SPICED qualification framework
• Familiarity with tools such as Outreach, Attention, Vitally, or Gong
