Responsibilities

  • Support and evolve sales enablement strategy in alignment with revenue and growth goals
  • Create and organize sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battle cards
  • Build and maintain standardized sales playbooks and qualification frameworks
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new sales team members
  • Develop training resources that reinforce product knowledge and sales best practices
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Service Design
  • Track enablement effectiveness using metrics such as ramp time, content usage, and win rates
  • Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and webinars

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in sales support or enablement roles
  • Experience supporting customer-facing teams in sales operations, product marketing, or enablement
  • Proven ability to create high-quality sales and marketing assets (presentations, videos, collateral)
  • Experience coordinating events or managing logistics across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Must be based in the US

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, digital health, pharma, or clinical research
  • Familiarity with complex B2B buying environments (providers, payers, healthcare organizations)
  • Experience with CRM platforms, content management systems, and sales enablement tools
