Responsibilities
- Support and evolve sales enablement strategy in alignment with revenue and growth goals
- Create and organize sales materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and battle cards
- Build and maintain standardized sales playbooks and qualification frameworks
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new sales team members
- Develop training resources that reinforce product knowledge and sales best practices
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Service Design
- Track enablement effectiveness using metrics such as ramp time, content usage, and win rates
- Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and webinars
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience in sales support or enablement roles
- Experience supporting customer-facing teams in sales operations, product marketing, or enablement
- Proven ability to create high-quality sales and marketing assets (presentations, videos, collateral)
- Experience coordinating events or managing logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Must be based in the US
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, digital health, pharma, or clinical research
- Familiarity with complex B2B buying environments (providers, payers, healthcare organizations)
- Experience with CRM platforms, content management systems, and sales enablement tools
