Sales Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with a dedicated customer portfolio and internal business units.
• Coordinate sales operations, including volume forecasting, order management, price uploads, and settlement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Receivables to resolve customer issues and meet unique needs.
• Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights and prepare Sales Stewardship Reports to support decision-making.
• Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to automate workflows, streamline communication, and enhance system efficiency.
• Provide first-level support for CRM and pricing tools like Salesforce.
• Represent the Sales function during internal audits and assessments.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Supply Chain.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to manage complex tasks independently in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Previous experience working within a global multi-national corporation (MNC).
