About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver sales enablement programs across the EA region to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Support key initiatives including sales process improvements, segment-specific training, and partner roadshows.
- Enable sellers to position partner solutions by developing understanding of value propositions and customer outcomes.
- Manage and maintain Highspot content, including sales plays, partner resources, and enablement assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify content gaps and develop targeted materials to support business priorities.
- Monitor enablement activity and engagement to deliver data-driven insights to sales leadership.
- Continuously assess knowledge gaps to improve enablement strategies and drive seller readiness.
Requirements
- Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, go-to-market, or commercial support roles.
- Proficiency with Highspot, Salesforce (SFDC), and related sales enablement platforms.
- Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to develop compelling sales content, training materials, and enablement resources.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging sales teams and business leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant professional certifications in sales enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or CRM platforms.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and enthusiasm for using AI tools to drive efficiency.
