Sales Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the GTM technology stack, with a focus on tools like Gong
• Develop, design, and implement high-value training content and onboarding programs for Sales and GTM teams
• Deliver exceptional instructor-led courses and webinars both virtually and in-person
• Scale customer education programs to enhance product adoption and usage
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to drive content engagement and course attendance
• Review recorded sales calls to identify training opportunities and increase win rates
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to establish a central content center for the sales lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software education, sales, marketing, or professional services within a SaaS or financial services environment
• Proven experience with GTM tech stacks, specifically Gong or Workramp
• Strong knowledge of the Wealth Management industry
• Experience with LMS tools such as Articulate 360, Workramp, or Lessonly
• Outstanding presentation, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to tailor complex product value propositions to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Revenue Intelligence platforms like Chorus
• Background in Instructional Design or Customer Education
• Experience using learning analytics to create outcome-based learning solutions
