About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the SDR Onboarding Program, redesigning quarterly programs to ensure full productivity by month three
- Build continuous enablement infrastructure, including segment-transition programs and multi-product readiness tracks
- Develop coaching infrastructure for managers to translate metrics into coachable behaviors
- Lead AI and systems enablement by building structured AI programs and driving tool proficiency
- Translate organizational priorities and product launches into field-ready tactics and discovery questions
- Partner with SDR leadership on strategic program roadmaps and incentive design
Requirements
- Proven SDR craft credibility with direct experience in cold calling and sequence management
- Experience building scalable enablement programs that drive long-term behavior change
- Ability to diagnose specific behavioral gaps from activity and performance data
- Technical proficiency in building automated workflows or AI-assisted sales tools
- Track record of translating high-level leadership strategy into actionable field tactics
- High agency and ability to iterate quickly in a high-velocity environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a hyper-growth SaaS company
- Background as an AE or SDR manager
- Experience building AI-powered tools or workflows for sales use
- Familiarity with spend management, AP automation, procurement, or treasury products
