About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and continuously improve onboarding programs across the Go-to-Market organization
- Manage and maintain learning paths within the LMS to ensure content remains current and engaging
- Deliver engaging live onboarding sessions, workshops, certifications, and ongoing training
- Design, roll out, and continuously improve scalable enablement programs
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations
- Create and maintain enablement resources including playbooks, guides, and job aids
- Track onboarding progress, certifications, and program effectiveness using data-driven tools
- Analyze feedback and performance metrics to identify opportunities for strategic improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or a similar enablement role
- Previous experience in a customer-facing GTM role (e.g., BDR/SDR, Account Executive, or Account Manager)
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Excellent organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to measure and improve program success
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (2x a week) within driving distance of Toronto
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with an LMS (WorkRamp is a plus)
- Experience building out enablement programs from the ground up
- Familiarity with GTM technologies such as Gong, Salesforce, Notion, or Google Workspace
