Sales Enablement & Performance Coach

Responsibilities

• Build and improve skills, knowledge, and performance of the inside sales team
• Design and deliver training programs and onboarding for new reps
• Develop and maintain the sales playbook, including talk tracks and objection handling
• Build a content library of job aids, call guides, and product knowledge resources
• Analyze call recordings, CRM data, and sales metrics to identify coaching opportunities
• Partner with sales and RevOps to implement enablement technology and AI tools
• Support sales managers in developing their own coaching and feedback capabilities
• Facilitate group call reviews, role playing, and team calibration sessions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or L&D for sales teams
• Experience in an inside sales environment (home services or field services preferred)
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and call recordings
• Track record of designing training programs with measurable performance improvements
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with reps and leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience selling HVAC or similar home services
• Familiarity with HubSpot and Gong
• Previous experience coaching or managing salespeople directly
