Sales Enablement Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own execution of local market events and tradeshows to support brand awareness and partner engagement
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including vendor management, signage, and on-site execution
• Curate and distribute approved social media content for loan officers across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Partner with loan officers on market-specific collateral requests and sales contests
• Support onboarding of new loan officers by ensuring access to tools and enablement materials
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokerages and associations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in sales enablement operations, marketing operations, or event management
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Total Expert, or similar
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel to support key tradeshows and in-market events
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, mortgage, or real estate environments
• Familiarity with loan officer marketing regulations (RESPA, Fair Lending, Regulation Z)
• Experience coordinating with hotel event staff and external production partners
