Responsibilities
- Design and run engaging onboarding and development programs for SDRs and AEs
- Create impactful enablement content including playbooks, messaging frameworks, and objection handling guides
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on value propositions
- Identify and roll out tools, processes, and training to improve deal velocity and win rates
- Analyze performance data to spot patterns and iterate on enablement strategies
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales enablement or sales
- Passion for learning and development and designing training experiences
- Strong communication skills and an engaging presence
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar sales and enablement platforms
- Fluency in German and proficient English
