Responsibilities

  • Design and run engaging onboarding and development programs for SDRs and AEs
  • Create impactful enablement content including playbooks, messaging frameworks, and objection handling guides
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on value propositions
  • Identify and roll out tools, processes, and training to improve deal velocity and win rates
  • Analyze performance data to spot patterns and iterate on enablement strategies

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales enablement or sales
  • Passion for learning and development and designing training experiences
  • Strong communication skills and an engaging presence
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar sales and enablement platforms
  • Fluency in German and proficient English
