Reducto is the agentic document platform for leading AI teams who demand enterprise performance at scale. We provide a comprehensive toolkit for working with documents the way a human would, combining custom in-house and leading frontier models to power efficient and accurate document workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product enablement and training strategy across presales and post-sales GTM
  • Create engaging and scalable training content including video tutorials and e-learning modules
  • Partner with product to ensure help center, knowledge base, and documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for sales, support, and customer success teams
  • Work with engineering and marketing to translate roadmaps into coordinated GTM execution
  • Define and track success metrics such as time-to-proficiency, adoption rates, and NPS
  • Experiment with AI-driven approaches to product knowledge testing

Requirements

  • 8-10 years in product enablement, GTM enablement, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of delivering programs that move revenue and adoption metrics
  • Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles
  • Ability to grasp complex technical products and translate them for technical and business buyers
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking enablement ROI and KPIs
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience enabling teams selling AI/ML, infrastructure, or document processing products
  • Proficiency with enablement tools like Sana, Seismic, Highspot, Guru, or Gong
  • Experience building an enablement function from scratch at an early-stage startup
  • Ability to use AI tools to amplify workflow and program quality
