Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for new sales hires, designing and running a scalable ramp program
  • Build and continuously improve enablement programs as processes and go-to-market motions evolve
  • Lead ongoing training and development for the sales team to ensure reps have necessary skills and messaging
  • Roll out frontline enablement for new materials, including updated decks and playbooks
  • Deliver value selling training, including MEDDPICC and command of the message
  • Create practical, rep-facing enablement assets that support day-to-day execution

Requirements

  • Experience in sales enablement with ownership over onboarding and frontline training
  • Previous experience leading a sales team is strongly preferred
  • Track record of building scalable onboarding programs that improve ramp time
  • Confidence delivering live, rep-facing training
  • Familiarity with value selling methodologies like MEDDPICC and command of the message
  • Ability to operate in a high-velocity environment and build from first principles
  • High agency and strong coaching instincts
