Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding for new sales hires, designing and running a scalable ramp program
- Build and continuously improve enablement programs as processes and go-to-market motions evolve
- Lead ongoing training and development for the sales team to ensure reps have necessary skills and messaging
- Roll out frontline enablement for new materials, including updated decks and playbooks
- Deliver value selling training, including MEDDPICC and command of the message
- Create practical, rep-facing enablement assets that support day-to-day execution
Requirements
- Experience in sales enablement with ownership over onboarding and frontline training
- Previous experience leading a sales team is strongly preferred
- Track record of building scalable onboarding programs that improve ramp time
- Confidence delivering live, rep-facing training
- Familiarity with value selling methodologies like MEDDPICC and command of the message
- Ability to operate in a high-velocity environment and build from first principles
- High agency and strong coaching instincts
