Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the new hire ramp program across Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Build and maintain a library of pitch decks, talk tracks, demo flows, and playbooks
  • Design and run a rigorous certification program including rubrics and scoring
  • Coach sellers through call debriefs and small group workshops
  • Translate new features and competitive moves into crisp seller briefs
  • Partner with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership to connect pipeline data to enablement priorities

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or adjacent GTM role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Or 3+ years of sales enablement experience with 2+ years of direct selling experience
  • Proven track record of building or rebuilding enablement programs
  • Experience coaching sellers one-on-one
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for authoring pitch decks and training materials
  • Expert project and program management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-moving environments with frequent strategy shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct selling experience in SaaS
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS with technical or AI-adjacent products
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and multiple stakeholder management
  • Experience designing certification programs with evaluation criteria
  • Ability to use pipeline analysis and win/loss data to prioritize work
