Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training for sales hires
  • Develop sales playbooks, scripts, and competitive battle cards
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to create sales collateral
  • Define and document sales methodologies and qualification criteria
  • Administer and optimize sales tools including CRM and prospecting platforms
  • Track and report on KPIs such as win rates and rep productivity

Requirements

  • Experience in individual sales, ideally in a high-ticket D2C environment
  • 1-2 years of experience as a sales manager
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or operations
  • High proficiency with HubSpot CRM
  • Experience with tools like Gong, Outreach, Highspot, or Seismic
  • Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills
