Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding programs and ongoing training for sales hires
- Develop sales playbooks, scripts, and competitive battle cards
- Partner with marketing and product teams to create sales collateral
- Define and document sales methodologies and qualification criteria
- Administer and optimize sales tools including CRM and prospecting platforms
- Track and report on KPIs such as win rates and rep productivity
Requirements
- Experience in individual sales, ideally in a high-ticket D2C environment
- 1-2 years of experience as a sales manager
- 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or operations
- High proficiency with HubSpot CRM
- Experience with tools like Gong, Outreach, Highspot, or Seismic
- Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills
