About the role
Responsibilities
- Support customers with inquiries and concerns via telephone and email
- Focus on telephone customer care and reliable processing of incoming emails
- Work within a fixed team to process and forward customer requests
- Collaborate closely with various operational teams to solve issues structurally
- Participate in regular training regarding products, processes, and internal workflows
Requirements
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1) in speaking and writing
- Strong communication, empathy, and solution-oriented personality
- Team spirit and a positive, open attitude
- Initial experience in customer service or similar fields, or ambitious career changer
- High value placed on reliable and service-oriented customer support
