Sales Enablement Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of sales training and enablement programs across the seller lifecycle
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, onboarding programs, and role plays
• Partner with Sales Enablement team members to translate strategy and product knowledge into learning experiences
• Create and maintain training content including presentation slides, job aids, and eLearning modules
• Maintain and improve enablement platforms such as Seismic, Gong, SharePoint, and Docebo
• Curate and organize the Gong call library
• Identify and implement AI-driven use cases to improve seller workflows and productivity
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience
• 1–2+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Development, Account Management, or Customer Success
• 1+ years in a sales closing environment
• Understanding of sales motions, prospecting, discovery, and pipeline management
• Strong facilitation skills for live or virtual sessions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint or similar presentation tools
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate work and create content
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, SharePoint, or Docebo is a plus
